Leadership with Integrity
Inspiring Leadership Quote
Inspirational Leadership Quote
Moral Purpose is where leadership begins
Leadership comes from a devoted heart which can be taught or developed from an inner moral purpose. Vahn the young man whose quote you read above was taught how to be a leader by his grandfather who was taught by his father who grew up in an entirely different type of community. Vahn’s great-great grandfather was born in the mystical land of Rou and was taught the ways of leadership based on moral purpose, devotion to the good of all. He was a man of integrity and kept that in his heart which ultimately gave him strong leadership skills. Thankfully for Vahn this sense of moral purpose was kept in his lineage and passed onto him. It is now Vahn’s sworn duty to uphold the ways of the ancient ones with integrity, devoting his life to being the great leader like those before him.
Good leadership is important to communities in order to maintain a positive environment which supports everyone. Unfortunately for Gangleton the community which Vahn resides the leadership has failed due to the false heros who have taken charge. However Vahn’s integrity and moral purpose lend him to right the wrong doings and strive for leadership. Even if that means going against all the rules set in place and appearing rebellious to the other villagers.
Vahn will not let his people down for he knows why good leadership is important. He was told by the great leaders that came before him what makes for justice and harmony amongst the people is when leadership comes from the heart. When a leader has integrity he will do good for all, this is a true hero for this is leadership without ego.
Leadership in Gangleton is an art to Vahn for the people of this quaint village are consumed with fear and devoted to wrong leaders. In so, the art of leadership is to influence the people by planting the seeds of love and instilling messages which will inspire thoughts to become more conscious of the failed leadership. Though there is a huge risk to being a leader as there are many people who are not in favor for change and cling tightly to fear.
Vahn is aware what good leadership means to the health of his village in so teaches his closest allies the ways of the ancient ones. Percilla is one of his friends and the one who stands up beside him as a great leader for their people.
Will Percilla be able to maintain the great leadership skills that Vahn taught her or will she lose her strength on the treacherous journey to Rou?!
